1.2 FASZIO products GbR is a provider of training for trainers and therapists. The further training courses (“events”) that can be booked directly with FASZIO products GbR on this page are provided by the company itself. The subject of the contract is the use of the services of FASZIO products GbR. The services of FASZIO products GbR are used by users.

1.3 FASZIO products GbR is aware that the protection and careful handling of the user’s personal data is very important. 2. COLLECTION OF DATA

2.2 FASZIO products GbR uses the following personal data of the user: first and last name, e-mail address, booking data and products used.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA USE

3.1 We process your data within the framework of the fulfilment of the contract for the following purposes:
a) For the execution of the events and administration of the participant lists.
b) To inform you about changes or cancellation of events.
c) To issue invoices.
You can withdraw your consent to these data processing activities. A revocation has the consequence that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point on.

3.2 In case of an explicit consent to the e-mail newsletter, the name for a personal address, topics from the cooperation and the e-mail address will be transferred to the newsletter provider Mailchimp. This information is only used to increase the relevance for the user and can be managed or revoked by the user at any time. Mailchimp meets the requirements of the DSGVO.
