7 strategies FASZIO
® gets back to the roots of functional movement variety and emotional expression. Through the use of diverse movement qualities, efficient, economical and health-preserving body dynamics are developed. A well-functioning fascial network enables the use of all information, circulation and power transmission paths in the human body.
According to our motto “Know what you do, then you can do what you want”, the training imparts extensive fascial basic knowledge in a generally understandable way. The understanding of fascial structures presupposes an engagement with the unfamiliar. The heart of the FASZIO® movement concept are the 7 strategies with which the fascial network is strengthened, widened and made flexible. The anatomical-functional alignment of the body and its individual constitution are taken into account. A special aspect are the 5 pathways according to FASZIO®. We provide many ideas for the use of fascial training in courses and coachings.
FASZIO® can be practiced as an independent movement training or integrated as a component in familiar movement forms, course formats and sports and enriches everyday life in the long term.

That is why there is supervision at the end of the training. The successful completion of the full training entitles you to run FASZIO® as a fitness course format.
