A well-maintained fascial network has the ability to smoothly bend in every direction. This is what is meant by limberness. Through flowing movement with a wide range of motion, we are able to create limberness, which in turn helps the body carefully release restrictions in our movement. It is important to have a balanced milieu in the fascial basic substance, so that all of our body’s parts maintain optimal mobility. A naturally dynamic balance between the fascia, muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons and organs ensures a well-functioning body. Therefore, it is important to switch back and forth between circling and smooth-flowing movements during training without too much exertion. This helps support muscle growth and overall performance. Furthermore, smooth-flowing, wide-radius movement supports a healthy complexion and a graceful appearance.
