Stretch out the fascial network and balance the fascial muscle-trains

“Stretching” has been a highly discussed topic the last few years. With the help of new fascial research, the science behind stretching makes perfect sense. Fascial stretching fundamentally expands the scope of our movements. Through various stretching directions and stretching forms, we can resolve restrictions within our fascia and within our body. This leads to free mobility in the corresponding area of the body. A restricted function is either once again released or prevented from occurring. Simply fit the stretch to the activity that you intend to do or have already completed. For example, see-saw stretches performed towards the end of one´s range of motion are useful when done prior to quick-powerful movement, while longreaching stretches performed afterwards allow for a regenerative release.
